How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- A booking request or general enquiry has been made
- A purchase has been made via our website
We use the information that you have given us in order to contact you regarding your enquiry or process an order that has been made.
We do not share this information however our payments are processed via Stripe and the booking system we use is Timely.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored via Timely booking system and on Mailchimp if you have opted to receive marketing emails. The systems we use, follow GDPR guidelines and have privacy policies in place to ensure they keep store data securely at all times. We only take the information we need to carry out a booking or purchase with us.
We keep emails for 1 year. We will then delete your information by deleting any chains of emails permanently. If a profile is inactive, we will remove and delete it permanently from our Timely system.
