Our prices start at £150, the price of a tattoo depends on the size, the placement, the artist and the studios’ minimum charge.
Having a small tattoo on a fleshy part of your body will hurt the least. However, you will still feel the sensation.
In general, we don’t recommend this as it can impact the healing process of the tattoo.

No, alcohol thins your blood which would make you bleed more during your tattoo. If you bleed more during a tattoo this will thin the ink and you won’t get a good healed result.
If you have any chronic skin disorders, getting a tattoo might result in a flare up in that area and will affect the look of the tattoo and cause extreme discomfort to the skin.
If you are pregnant or breast feeding, we advise you wait until you have finished breast feeding and or have given birth. Hormones can impact how well a tattoo heals and there haven’t been any studies that suggest the baby or the milk is not impacted from the introduction of ink into your skin.
If you have a blood clotting disorder, take medication for blood thinning and or have a congenital heart disorder we recommend you seek advice from your GP.
It is always best to declare a medical condition with us so we can advise further.
We would strongly advise against this; you need to monitor moles or lesions to ensure they do not change shape or size. If you want a tattoo to cover up moles, we advise you see a Dermatologist who will be able to remove them for you. Alternatively you can have a tattoo around the mole.
There is no easy way you just have to suck it up and stay still whilst the Artist is working on your tattoo.
You can chat, listen to a podcast or music, watch something on your phone, count down basically something to distract if you find the sensation provides you with discomfort.
Please refer to our What to expect PDF below for more info.
If you had your tattoo done at Origin, we include the first touch up providing it is done within a 6 month period from having the original work done. We recommend waiting at least 6 weeks for the area to heal completely first.
We request a deposit in order to secure any tattoo booking.
Our deposits are non-refundable and are deducted from the total cost of the cost of the tattoo.
